but you quit too early in the game to see your efforts.

Wouldn’t it be nice to sit back and do nothing and find…oh my goodness I lost weight…

Y’all that’s not real tho. I think it’s funny ( insert Jennifer Lopez’s song ain’t it funny) that we think that way. Oh my goodness…I sometimes have to snap myself into reality and be like girlfriend …what you’re doing is going to take time.

And when I say take time we give up too easily…when we don’t find a groove quickly. All of a sudden your efforts are all out the window and cue the ” it doesn’t work for me” song. When you know good and well it’s going to take time. Your body probably lost a bunch of water weight and now it wants to burn off the stored fat …but you quit too early in the game to see your efforts.

It’s like planting a lemon 🍋 tree seed in the ground and expecting it to grow lemons overnight…y’all it take about 2-5 years to see lemons on your tree…it’s funny to think that about a tree. It’s even funnier when you put yourself in the equation…it almost seems silly to do or use something and expect immediate results.

It takes 21- 30 days of doing something everyday to become a habit and about 90 days to establish that habit as a discipline. Knowing that info right there should ease your pain on trying to perform at a level that literally is going to take time. A daily grind…a loyalty to the process…to see the fruit of the labor put forth.

I would love immediate results like the next person. But in the world losing weight…if you lose it too quickly in a simulated environment…it’s that much easier to put it back on. So…which do you want lasting results…or a quick fix. Your body was made for the daily habits that are good for your body. Gaining weight is an outward way of your body not being able to store all as fast as your giving it.

You have the power to reverse it and take your life back…but it’s up to you to do it daily. The products…I share should be an extension of your ALREADY healthy lifestyle. Not the sugar that costs your horrible habits.

I love you! I want you better, but it starts with your mindset to do it each day…with no end in sight. And that my friends…is a lifestyle not a DIEt fad.
